June 2004
CPA VIETNAM was established on June 23, 2004, as the first partnership auditing firm in Vietnam under Decree No. 105 dated March 30, 2004, of the Government on independent auditing.
Since its inception, CPA VIETNAM has been one of the few firms qualified to provide financial statement audit services for organizations and enterprises in general, as well as for listed and securities trading organizations in particular. In addition, the Company has also been qualified to provide enterprise valuation services in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance.
April 2005
On April 25, 2005, CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA).
January 2007
On January 09, 2007, CPA VIETNAM established a branch in Ho Chi Minh City to expand its market operations.
April 2008
On April 21, 2008, CPA VIETNAM officially became the representative member firm of Moore Stephens International in Vietnam.
July 2009
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Association for Anti-Counterfeiting and Trademark Protection (VATAP).
October 2009
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA).
April 2011
On April 21, 2011, CPA VIETNAM became an official member firm of Moore Stephens International in Vietnam.
December 2012
On December 07, 2012, CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), right after the association’s charter was approved.
January 2015
On January 08, 2015, CPA VIETNAM was honored with two awards: “Excellent Service Award” voted by consumers for its services in Auditing, Financial Consulting, and Business Valuation; and the “Vietnam Gold Brand – Trademark Award.”
On January 22, 2015, CPA VIETNAM established a branch in the Northern region.
October 2015
On October 01, 2015, the Vietnam Auditing Partnership Company (CPA VIETNAM) officially changed its ownership structure and name to CPA VIETNAM Auditing Company Limited (CPA VIETNAM Co., Ltd.).
July 2016
On July 03, 2016, CPA VIETNAM established its Representative Office in Hanoi. The establishment of the Hanoi Representative Office marked an essential step in CPA VIETNAM’s northern market development plan. This move reflects the firm’s strong commitment to asserting and expanding the CPA VIETNAM brand in Hanoi in particular and across the country in general.
September 2020
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the international auditing network INPACT, after ceasing its membership with Moore Global Network.
