Issued together with this Decision is the Table of Regulations on the on-lending rate of ODA loans; The Government's foreign preferential loans apply for the period from October 1, 2021, until the National Assembly issues a Resolution on the new budget stabilization period. Specifically:
– Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City: 100% loan rate;
– Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Vinh Phuc, Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Quang Ngai…: Loan ratio 70%;
– Nghe An, Hau Giang, Long An, Ninh Binh, Ca Mau, Ha Nam, Thai Nguyen, Thai Binh,…: Loan ratio 50%;
– Phu Tho, Ben Tre, Thanh Hoa, Bac Giang, Nam Dinh, Ha Tinh, Phu Yen, Lao Cai…: Loan ratio 30%;
– Lai Chau, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Lang Son, Ha Giang, Cao Bang…: Loan rate 10%.
