With the agreement of the Boards of Manager and Directors, CPA VIETNAM Auditing Co., Ltd has organized a summer holiday in Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh) and Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen) Provinces with the participation of more than 150 members from all departments and branches.
At CPA VIETNAM, we focus on the working environment where each member do not only develop their own career, but also consider it their second home.
Therefore, the annual holiday for employees is one of the annual activities that the Board of Directors always pay attention to bring joy, moments of relaxation, relax after working days. This is an opportunity for the members of CPA VIETNAM to share their mutual understanding, as well as to respond to the efforts of all people in the Company. At the same time, this is also the opportunity to relax and recreate the workforce of the employees, which help us send the message of team spirit, spreading the cultural value of creation, contributing to promote the schedule and plan in 2018.
On the first day, the delegation participated in exploring the famous landmarks of Binh Dinh such as Ghenh Rang – Tien Sa, Moc Cam – Tien Nhan Hill – Han Mac Tu Poetry Garden to learn more about the the culture and people here.
On the second day, the delegation moved to Ky Co beach – one of the pristine beaches with blue water and white sand stretching along the coast. Here, CPA VIETNAM encourages each member to actively participate in social activities, the teambuilding program with the theme “SOUTH AND NORTH -WORK AND PLAY WELL TOGETHER”.
The hot sun also does not affect the spirit of all members of the company. With a young and enthusiastic staff structure, all four teams have demonstrated their passion and confidence in contributing to the program’s high standards.
After the team building activities, the delegation moved to Eo Gio to continue to explore, discover and join the Gala Dinner with full of surprise in the evening. This is a night of fire with the performance of a variety of “home-made” talent but very interesting and not less than professional performance.
The next day, the delegation continued to explore the land and people of Binh Dinh, visit the Quang Trung – Nguyen Hue Museum, where the artifacts about the war memorable epitomies of King Quang Trung and Tay Son kungfu show is a tradition of Binh Dinh.
The last stop of the delegation is Ghenh Da Dia in Phu Yen province. Here, the team saw the stacked disk rocks which are formed by the eruption of ultra-hot lava contracted when meeting the heat of cold sea water.
After the tour, all members came back to work with a happy mood, comfortable and beautiful memories of the past holiday. It can be said that the holiday has really brought the time of rest for the staff, employees, creating harmony, unity in the whole company.
