November 10 and 30, 2021 are two important milestones in November 2021 for employees who are working at enterprises to receive support from the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
According to Decision No. 28/2021/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the implementation of policies to support employees and employers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic from the Unemployment Insurance Fund, when receiving the list of employees eligible for support sent by the social insurance agency (social insurance), if necessary to adjust information, then by the end of November 10, 2021, enterprises must complete the adjustment of information to send the list back to the Social insurance Agency, with a document proving the adjusted information as prescribed.
Within 20 days from the date of receipt of the adjusted list, about November 30, 2021, the Social insurance Agency will pay support to employees at the enterprise.
For employees who are working at enterprises, but have not received the support money by November 30, 2021, the employees must do the procedures by themselves through the application VssID- Social Insurance, through the Portal website of Vietnam Social Insurance or directly to the Social insurance Agency, as in the case of people who have quit their jobs.
So, November 10 and 30, 2021 are two important milestones in November 2021 for employees working at enterprises to receive support money from the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
According to Vietnam Social Security, as of October 31, social insurance agencies of provinces and cities have settled to receive support for more than 7.9 million employees participating in unemployment insurance and 526,739 people who have a reservation period to pay insurance premiums unemployment insurance.
