June 2004
CPA VIETNAM was established on June 23, 2004 as the first partnership company in the field of auditing and accounting in Vietnam in accordance with the Decree No.105/ND-CP dated 30 March 2004 issued by the Government on the independent audit.
From the date of establishment, CPA VIETNAM was one of the companies that were qualified to provide auditing services of the financial statements for organizations and enterprises in general and for listed companies and security trading companies in particular. In addition, the Company was also eligible to provide enterprise valuation services in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance.
April 2005
On April 25, 2005, CPA VIETNAM became an official member of Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA).
January 2007
On January 9, 2007, CPA VIETNAM established a branch in Ho Chi Minh City to expand its market.
April 2008
On April 21, 2008, CPA VIETNAM officially became a representative member of Moore Stephens International in Vietnam.
July 2009
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Association for Anti-Counterfeiting and Trademark Protection (VATAP).
October 2009
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of Vietnam Tax Consultant Association (VTCA).
April 2011
On April 21, 2011, CPA VIETNAM became an official member of Moore Stephens International tại Việt Nam.
December 2012
On December 7, 2012, CPA VIETNAM became an official member of Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) right after Regulations of VACPA are approved.
January 2015
On January 8, 2015, CPA VIETNAM was honored to receive two Titles: Excellent Service Award voted by Consumer on services such as Auditing, Financial Consulting, Enterprise Valuation and Brand Name – Vietnam Gold Mark.
On January 22, 2015, CPA VIETNAM established a branch in the North.
October 2015
On October 1, 2015, Vietnam Auditing Partnership Company (CPA VIETNAM) officially changed its ownership and renamed to CPA VIETNAM Auditing Company Limited (CPA VIETNAM).
July 2016
On July 3, 2016, CPA VIETNAM established Representative Office in Hanoi. The Representative Office in Hanoi was established as an indispensable step in CPA VIETNAM’s northern market development plan. This is considered the determination of the Board of Management in affirming and developing the brand CPA VIETNAM in Hanoi in particular and all over the nation in general.
September 2020
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of INPACT – the world’s 15th largest international alliance of accounting and auditing firms after CPA VIETNAM resigned the membership of Moore Global Network.
