The Decrees on project management of construction investment, architecture, real estate business,… are expected to be amended and supplemented soon.
This is the content of Decision 1963/QD-TTg dated November 22, 2021 approving the Plan to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities within the scope of state management of the Ministry of Construction in 2021 and 2022.
Specifically, to implement the above-approved Plan, it is expected to amend some of the following regulations:
– Amending and supplementing Article 13, Article 14, Article 36, Article 37, Article 76, Article 77, Article 80, Article 87, Article 90 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP detailing some contents on construction investment project management.
– Amending and supplementing Article 25, Article 27, Article 28 of Decree 85/2020/ND-CP detailing some articles of the Law on Architecture.
– Amending and supplementing Article 6 of Decree No. 62/2016/ND-CP stipulating conditions for judicial assessment construction and specialized construction testing.
– Amending and supplementing Point b, Clause 2, Article 24 of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP detailing some contents on quality management, construction, and construction maintenance.
– Amending and supplementing Articles 12 and 13; removing the content "must have a legal capital not less than 20 billion" in Clause 1, Article 3, Article 4 of Decree 76/2015/ND-CP detailing the implementation of some articles of the Law on Real Estate Business produce.
– Amending and supplementing Clause 7 Article 4, Clause 1 Article 9 of Decree No. 11/2013/ND-CP on the management of urban development investment.
