From January 1, 2021, a new system of legal documents on securities, including Law on Securities No. 54 – or Law on Securities 2019 and decrees and circulars guiding the implementation, has come into effect. With many regulations and many new and progressive points, the stock market has witnessed fundamental and comprehensive changes compared with securities operations under the old legal system of the Securities Law 2006.
To effectively put the new securities legal systems into practice, in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, it is difficult to organize centralized document dissemination conferences and follow the Government's direction. The State Securities Commission has made a series of videos to introduce the main content of the Decrees guiding the implementation of the Securities Law in 2019 to the public and the business community.
