Voluntary blood donation program at CPA VIETNAM Auditing Company Limited

Recognizing the importance of blood to human life in the face of the complicated situation of COVID-19 pandemic, on the morning of April 15, 2020, at the head office of CPA Vietnam Auditing Company Limited (a member of VACPA), CPA VIETNAM collaborated with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to implement a voluntary blood donation program. This is a program launched by Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) in response to the call of General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong to compatriots, comrades and soldiers nationwide to participate in voluntary blood donation.

The blood donation program of CPA VIETNAM with the theme "Blood donation to save people – A noble gesture" has attracted the enthusiastic response and active participation of the Company’s all employees as well as its partners and close customers. Attending the launch of this program, Mr. Pham Sy Danh – Chairman of Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) had a speech to thank CPA VIETNAM’s staff who are always teamed up and unanimous in the participation in VACPA’s meaningful activities.

In the morning, there were 51 people participating in blood donation. With the thought that somewhere in this life, our blood is being mixed with life and breath of people who have been saved by our blood. The voluntary blood drops will give life to people with less fortune and bring faith and hope for human life.

In the warm atmosphere of the blood donation program at CPA VIETNAM, Mr. Nguyen Phu Ha – Chairman of the Board of Members of the Company, expressed: “I am very happy when many young employees of the Company join this program. We, the members of the Board of Management, join this program with the hope that this meaningful action will be further spread to all CPA VIETNAM’s staff. Especially, when our country is facing with many difficulties of COVID 19 pandemic, this is also a small action of CPA VIETNAM instead of gratitude, share and care for the community.”

Humanitarian blood donation is a beautiful gesture coming from the love, kind heart and compassion of CPA VIETNAM’s staff. CPA VIETNAM’s staff are not only professional and passionate at work but also ready to contribute to the charity programs in general and blood donation programs of the accounting and auditing practitioners in particular.

It is very happy to do something useful for society and make life to become more beautiful and full of great love. Let us expand and develop the noble gesture everywhere. It is not only the responsibility and duty of CPA Vietnam but also the contribution of the whole community.
