On December 26, 2025, the Vietnam Lawyers Association held the 5th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th term (2024–2029) and the Conference to Implement the 2026 Work Program at the headquarters of the Vietnam Lawyers Association.
The conference was held both in person and online, under the chairmanship of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, and Mr. Tran Cong Phan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association.
The conference was also attended by representatives of the leadership of the Central Commission for Internal Affairs, the Central Inspection Commission, the Central Commission for Communications and Education and Mass Mobilization, the Department of Mass Organizations under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Department of Internal Political Security under the Ministry of Public Security.

Representing CPA VIETNAM, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Hoa, Deputy General Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the Lawyers Association Chapter of the Institute for Research, Training, Economics and Finance under the Central Vietnam Lawyers Association, attended the event.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Lawyers Association focused on reviewing its work performance in 2025 and discussing and agreeing on key orientations and tasks for 2026. Various presentations highlighted the role of the Association’s organizations in building a rule-of-law state, contributing to the development and improvement of policies and laws, providing legal consultancy, disseminating legal knowledge, and conducting social policy criticism, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of the country’s socio-economic development objectives.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Lawyers Association organized a commendation ceremony for organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025 emulation movement. The Lawyers Association Chapter of the Institute for Research, Training, Economics and Finance was honored to receive the Emulation Flag from the Vietnam Lawyers Association in recognition of its positive and effective contributions to professional activities, Association development, and research, training, and legal consultancy activities associated with the economics and finance sectors.
On behalf of the Chapter, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Hoa received the Emulation Flag at the conference. This recognition is a worthy acknowledgment of the continuous efforts of the Lawyers Association Chapter of the Institute for Research, Training, Economics and Finance, including the dedicated and responsible contributions of its members working at CPA VIETNAM.
