CPA VIETNAM was established as the first auditing company in Vietnam under the Government’s Decree No. 105/ND-CP dated March 30, 2004, on independent auditing. The Company has rapidly established a strong reputation in the industry, backed by extensive professional expertise in auditing, accounting, and financial advisory services.

In line with its development strategy and consistent with the development orientation of INPACT, an international network of audit and advisory firms of which CPA VIETNAM is the sole member in Vietnam, the Company is committed to advancing the independent auditing profession while continuously enhancing its market position and service quality. CPA VIETNAM has progressively strengthened its international integration and expanded its professional presence in Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.

CPA VIETNAM is one of the firms eligible to provide audit services under the Certificate of Eligibility for Audit Services issued by the Ministry of Finance on November 20, 2013, and amended for the eighth time on June 4, 2025.

Since Decision No. 89/2007/QD-BTC dated October 24, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Finance on the Regulations on the Selection of Audit Firms Approved to Audit Issuing Organizations, Listed Organizations, and Securities Trading Organizations, came into effect, CPA VIETNAM has consistently been approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) as an eligible audit firm. Most recently, under Decision No. 902/QD-UBCK dated November 19, 2025, the State Securities Commission approved CPA VIETNAM Auditing Company Limited to conduct audits of public-interest entities in the securities sector for the year 2026.

CPA VIETNAM is also one of the audit firms approved by the Ministry of Finance to audit public-interest entities in 2026 pursuant to Decision No. 3830/QD-BTC dated November 14, 2025.

In addition, CPA VIETNAM is one of the firms eligible to provide valuation services under the Certificate of Eligibility for Valuation Services issued by the Ministry of Finance on September 24, 2015, and amended for the seventh time on June 10, 2025.
