The history of CPA VIETNAM is closely associated with its journey of building a strong reputation and establishing its position in the fields of auditing, accounting, and financial advisory services. From its early days as a modestly sized enterprise, the Company has gradually expanded its workforce, strengthened its professional expertise, and continuously enhanced its service portfolio.
* June 2004
CPA VIETNAM was established on June 23, 2004, as the first auditing partnership in Vietnam, pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 105 dated March 30, 2004, on independent auditing.
* April 2005
On April 25, 2005, CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA).
* January 2007
On January 9, 2007, CPA VIETNAM established a branch in Ho Chi Minh City to expand its market presence.
* April 2008
On April 21, 2008, CPA VIETNAM officially became a member firm representing Moore Stephens International in Vietnam.
* July 2009
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection Association (VATAP).
* October 2009
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA).
* April 2011
On April 21, 2011, CPA VIETNAM became an official member firm of Moore Stephens International in Vietnam.
* December 2012
On December 7, 2012, CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), following the approval of VACPA’s Charter.
* January 2015
On January 8, 2015, CPA VIETNAM was honored with two prestigious awards:
Excellent Service Award, voted by consumers, for its auditing, financial advisory, and enterprise valuation services.
Vietnam Golden Brand – Trademark Award.
On January 22, 2015, CPA VIETNAM established a branch in Northern Vietnam.
* October 2015
On October 1, 2015, Vietnam Auditing Partnership Company (abbreviated as CPA VIETNAM) officially changed its ownership structure and name to CPA VIETNAM Auditing Company Limited, while retaining the abbreviation CPA VIETNAM.
* July 2016
On July 3, 2016, CPA VIETNAM established a Representative Office in Hanoi.
The establishment of the Hanoi Representative Office marked a significant step in CPA VIETNAM’s strategy to expand its presence in the Northern market. It also demonstrated the Company’s strong commitment to strengthening and developing the CPA VIETNAM brand in Hanoi and throughout Vietnam.
* September 2020
CPA VIETNAM became an official member of the international audit network INPACT, following its departure from the Moore Global Network.
