On the afternoon of September 10, the National Assembly Party Committee held a conference to announce the inspection decision of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee on the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Committee on Legal and Judicial Affairs.
Overview of the Conference
Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, Auditor General of the State Audit Office of Vietnam (SAV), Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the National Assembly Party Committee, and Head of the Inspection Team Nguyen Huu Nghia chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Committee on Legal and Judicial Affairs Phan Chi Hieu; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Committee on Legal and Judicial Affairs; and members of Inspection Team No. 132 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee.
According to the inspection decision and plan of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, presented by Vu Khac Dinh, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the National Assembly Party Committee and Standing Deputy Head of the Inspection Team, the inspection is conducted to properly assess and conclude the strengths, limitations, and shortcomings (if any) of the Party organization and Party members in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of the matters subject to inspection; thereby promoting strengths and promptly rectifying and addressing limitations and shortcomings.

The inspection shall ensure democracy, objectivity, prudence, and strictness, while complying with the principles, processes, procedures, authority, and working methods prescribed by the Party; and promote the sense of self-discipline, self-criticism, and criticism among Party organizations and Party members. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Committee on Legal and Judicial Affairs shall direct affiliated Party organizations and relevant Party members to coordinate with and facilitate the Inspection Team in fulfilling its duties.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the National Assembly Party Committee and Auditor General of the SAV Nguyen Huu Nghia requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Committee on Legal and Judicial Affairs to focus on preparing the report in accordance with the outline attached to the inspection decision; ensure a comprehensive and in-depth assessment, supported by specific evidence of the results achieved as well as existing issues and limitations; and fully prepare the dossiers and documents related to the four areas subject to inspection.

For members of the Inspection Team, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the National Assembly Party Committee and Auditor General of the SAV Nguyen Huu Nghia requested that, throughout the inspection process, they strictly comply with all regulations, principles, processes, procedures, and authorities, and ensure that the inspection is conducted in accordance with the contents and scope specified in the decision of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee.
The inspection process shall be conducted proactively, promptly, openly, democratically, objectively, impartially, rigorously, prudently, and accurately, demonstrating seriousness and strictness in conducting the inspection of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Committee on Legal and Judicial Affairs and the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Committee.
