On September 2, 2025, in Hung Yen Province, Phuc Minh Center for Inclusive Education Support and Development was officially inaugurated and commenced operations under Decision No. 113 issued by the provincial Department of Education and Training on August 8, 2025. This marks an important milestone in expanding access to education, early intervention, and social inclusion support for people with autism spectrum disorder.
Phuc Minh Center (Phuc Minh Autistic Education Support Center) serves learners aged 11 and above, with the mission of creating a safe and healthy environment for learning, training, recreation, and work. The Center aims to help autistic people develop essential life skills, live independently, receive career orientation, and improve behavioral and emotional regulation.
