The conference was attended by the Board of Members and General Director, the Company’s Management Board, heads of professional and functional departments, representatives of branches, and all CPA VIETNAM employees.
In his opening remarks, Chairman of the Board of Members Nguyen Phu Ha acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, sense of responsibility, and solidarity of CPA VIETNAM’s employees throughout 2025. Against the backdrop of economic difficulties and increasingly demanding requirements for audit service quality, CPA VIETNAM maintained stable operations, ensured professional quality, complied with applicable professional standards and laws, and continued to uphold its brand reputation in the market. The Chairman emphasized that these achievements provide an important foundation for the Company to enter 2026 with a proactive, innovative, and sustainable development mindset.
At the conference, the heads of professional departments presented their respective 2025 activity review reports, focusing on work performance, key achievements, as well as outstanding issues and limitations requiring improvement. The units also shared their orientations, objectives, and implementation plans for 2026, with a particular focus on audit quality control, improving internal management efficiency, and strengthening professional training and development for auditors and young personnel.
In addition, maintaining and developing client relationships was identified as a key priority, alongside enhancing service quality, diversifying consulting services, and accelerating the application of technology and digital transformation in audit activities. The opinions and recommendations raised during the conference were acknowledged and considered by the Management Board in finalizing the 2026 operational plan in line with the Company’s long-term development strategy.
