On the morning of October 7, 2026, IDICO-URBIZ, a member of IDICO Corporation, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the factory and office buildings under the IDICO – Nhon Trach 1 Service Factory Project – CN6 Factory Zone, located in IDICO Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City.
The project will help expand the supply of service factory facilities in one of Dong Nai’s key industrial areas, providing businesses with additional options for production and office space.

FACTORY COMPLEX DEVELOPED ON A SITE OF OVER 2.1 HECTARES
The CN6 Factory Zone is a Grade II industrial facility developed on a site covering 21,678 square meters, equivalent to approximately 2.17 hectares, with an estimated construction value of more than VND 111 billion. The project comprises factory buildings, offices, auxiliary facilities, and a comprehensively developed technical infrastructure system.
The factory building has a footprint of 12,960 square meters and is designed as a single-story structure over 12 meters in height. It features a steel frame and truss structure, metal roofing supported by steel purlins, and a reinforced concrete floor.
The project also includes two office buildings, auxiliary facilities, and supporting infrastructure such as internal roads, power and water supply systems, drainage, fire prevention and firefighting systems, a power substation, a generator station, a pump room, and a water tank.

According to the design documents, the project is planned to incorporate rooftop solar power, alongside integrated electricity and water infrastructure solutions, to improve energy and resource efficiency during operation.
TARGET OF 1 MILLION SQUARE METERS OF READY-BUILT FACTORIES AND WAREHOUSES BY 2030
Ready-built factories and warehouses are product lines that IDICO has gradually developed to diversify the premises available to businesses. Since 2021, the corporation has implemented ready-built factory and warehouse projects at IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park and IDICO Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, at a time when this model was still relatively uncommon in the market.
With more than 25 years of experience in industrial real estate development, IDICO has accumulated expertise and gained a deeper understanding of the diverse requirements businesses face when investing, manufacturing, and expanding their operations. Building on this foundation, IDICO has progressively refined its product portfolio to offer greater flexibility in terms of models, scale, and business needs, with ready-built factories and warehouses serving as a key component.
IDICO aims to develop approximately 1 million square meters of ready-built factories and warehouses by 2030. This target is intended to expand the range of premises solutions available to businesses at different stages of development while improving the utilization of land within industrial parks developed and operated by the corporation.
