Chiều 07/9, Kiểm toán nhà nước (KTNN) khu vực X tổ chức Hội nghị trực tuyến công bố các quyết định kiểm toán năm 2026 tại Thái Nguyên, Tuyên Quang và Cao Bằng. Các cuộc kiểm toán tập trung vào quản lý, sử dụng vốn đầu tư công giai đoạn 2021-2025, công tác quản lý thuế và Chương trình mục tiêu quốc gia phát triển kinh tế - xã hội vùng đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số và miền núi. Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Trần Minh Khương dự và phát biểu chỉ đạo Hội nghị.

Cùng dự Hội nghị có lãnh đạo Hội đồng nhân dân (HĐND), Ủy ban nhân dân (UBND) và đại diện các sở, ban, ngành liên quan của 3 địa phương. Tại điểm cầu Thái Nguyên có ông Trần Văn Hậu - Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh.

Tại Hội nghị, đại diện KTNN khu vực X công bố Quyết định số 1529/QĐ-KTNN ngày 04/9/2026 của Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước về việc kiểm toán Chuyên đề quản lý, sử dụng vốn đầu tư công giai đoạn 2021-2025 của các tỉnh Thái Nguyên, Tuyên Quang; Chuyên đề công tác thanh tra, kiểm tra thuế, miễn, giảm, gia hạn thời hạn nộp thuế, hoàn thuế giá trị gia tăng giai đoạn 2023-2025 của các Thuế tỉnh Thái Nguyên, Tuyên Quang; Chuyên đề đánh giá hiệu quả đầu tư của dự án đầu tư công.

Đoàn kiểm toán do ông Hà Minh Dũng - Phó Kiểm toán trưởng KTNN khu vực X - làm Trưởng đoàn.

Đồng thời, KTNN khu vực X công bố Quyết định số 1530/QĐ-KTNN ngày 04/9/2026 của Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước về kiểm toán Chương trình mục tiêu quốc gia phát triển kinh tế - xã hội vùng đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số và miền núi giai đoạn 2021-2025 tại các tỉnh Tuyên Quang, Cao Bằng.

Đoàn kiểm toán do ông Nguyễn Quản Hải - Phó Kiểm toán trưởng KTNN khu vực X - làm Trưởng đoàn.

Thời hạn kiểm toán của cả hai cuộc kiểm toán là 54 ngày, kể từ ngày công bố quyết định, từ ngày 07/9/2026 đến ngày 30/10/2026.

Theo kế hoạch, các cuộc kiểm toán nhằm xác nhận tính trung thực, hợp lý của thông tin, số liệu tài chính; đánh giá tính kinh tế, hiệu lực, hiệu quả trong công tác quản lý, điều hành và việc chấp hành các quy định pháp luật của các đơn vị, địa phương.

Qua đó, KTNN kịp thời phát hiện những bất cập, hạn chế để kiến nghị cấp có thẩm quyền hoàn thiện cơ chế, chính sách; đồng thời kiến nghị xử lý các sai phạm, góp phần phòng ngừa lãng phí, tiêu cực.

Phát biểu chỉ đạo tại Hội nghị, Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Trần Minh Khương yêu cầu các Đoàn kiểm toán và từng thành viên chấp hành nghiêm quy chế làm việc của Ngành, giữ vững kỷ luật, kỷ cương và đạo đức nghề nghiệp; thực hiện nhiệm vụ một cách khoa học, khách quan, hạn chế tối đa ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động thường nhật của đơn vị được kiểm toán.

Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Trần Minh Khương cũng đề nghị lãnh đạo UBND và các cơ quan, đơn vị thuộc 3 tỉnh Thái Nguyên, Tuyên Quang, Cao Bằng chỉ đạo phối hợp chặt chẽ, cử đầu mối kết nối và cung cấp hồ sơ, tài liệu kịp thời, đầy đủ, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để các Đoàn kiểm toán hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ.

Thay mặt các địa phương được kiểm toán, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Thái Nguyên Trần Văn Hậu khẳng định các đơn vị sẽ nghiêm túc thực hiện kế hoạch kiểm toán, phân công đầu mối phối hợp chặt chẽ và cung cấp thông tin, tài liệu nhanh chóng, trung thực theo đúng yêu cầu của Đoàn kiểm toán.

On the morning of September 25, at the headquarters of the State Audit Office of Vietnam (SAV), the SAV Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the SAV Party Committee, State Auditor General and Head of the Steering Committee.
