Clean water is an essential need for every household, particularly in areas where living conditions remain difficult and access to safe, quality water is limited. Through the donation of 1,000 water filtration devices, Petrolimex aims to help local residents take greater initiative in securing water for their daily needs, contributing to health protection and an improved quality of life.
The water filtration devices use ceramic filter cartridges capable of removing bacteria and impurities, providing clean water that meets quality standards prescribed by the Ministry of Health. The devices feature a compact design, are easy to install, and do not require electricity. The filtered water can be used directly without boiling, providing convenience for households in daily use.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Petroleum Group, said: “Petrolimex hopes that the donated devices will help meet the essential need for clean water in people’s daily lives. We hope that the devices will be used effectively, deliver long-term value, and provide practical benefits to households.”
Over the years, alongside its responsibility for ensuring energy supply to support socio-economic development, Petrolimex has regularly implemented a wide range of social welfare programs across the country. These activities focus on practical areas such as education, healthcare, support for people facing difficult circumstances, disaster recovery, and environmental protection, thereby demonstrating Petrolimex’s commitment to the community and the Group’s orientation toward sustainable development.
