Rà soát tiến độ chuẩn bị Hội thảo quốc tế của Kiểm toán nhà nước

Hội thảo quốc tế “Cơ quan kiểm toán tối cao trong bối cảnh mới: Tầm nhìn, Thể chế và Đổi mới” do Kiểm toán nhà nước (KTNN) tổ chức dự kiến diễn ra vào ngày 27/10, tại Hà Nội. Đến nay, công tác chuẩn bị đang được triển khai theo kế hoạch, đảm bảo tiến độ tổ chức Hội thảo.

Thông tin trên được đưa ra tại cuộc họp Ban Tổ chức Hội thảo tổ chức chiều 03/9, dưới sự chủ trì của Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Hà Thị Mỹ Dung - Trưởng Ban Tổ chức Hội thảo.

Tại cuộc họp, Vụ trưởng Vụ Hợp tác quốc tế Nguyễn Bá Dũng - Phó Trưởng Ban thường trực, Trưởng Tiểu ban Lễ tân - Khánh tiết và Tài chính - Hậu cần đã báo cáo công tác chuẩn bị cho Hội thảo.

Hội thảo quốc tế “Cơ quan kiểm toán tối cao trong bối cảnh mới: Tầm nhìn, Thể chế và Đổi mới” nhằm phục vụ nghiên cứu, xây dựng định hướng phát triển KTNN đến năm 2035, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045; nghiên cứu sửa đổi, bổ sung Luật KTNN; định hình các phương pháp kiểm toán mới đáp ứng yêu cầu nhiệm vụ trong bối cảnh mới; đồng thời góp phần tăng cường quan hệ hợp tác quốc tế, nâng cao vị thế và hình ảnh của KTNN Việt Nam trong cộng đồng kiểm toán công quốc tế.

Đến nay, công tác chuẩn bị Hội thảo đang được triển khai theo kế hoạch. Các công việc trọng tâm về nội dung, đại biểu, tham luận và các điều kiện tổ chức đang được tiếp tục hoàn thiện, bảo đảm tiến độ tổ chức Hội thảo.

Tính đến ngày 02/9, đã có 11 Cơ quan Kiểm toán tối cao (SAI) xác nhận tham dự Hội thảo. Ban Tổ chức sẽ tiếp tục liên hệ, mời các SAI chưa xác nhận tham dự Hội thảo.

Đối với đại biểu trong nước, Ban Tổ chức đã gửi thư mời tới 29 cơ quan, đơn vị, chuyên gia và 12 đơn vị trực thuộc KTNN.

Kết luận cuộc họp, Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Hà Thị Mỹ Dung đánh giá cao nỗ lực của các Tiểu ban và thành viên Ban Tổ chức trong triển khai các nhiệm vụ theo kế hoạch, cơ bản bảo đảm tiến độ và chất lượng đề ra.

Trên cơ sở những công việc đã thực hiện và những nhiệm vụ cần tập trung thực hiện trong thời gian tới, Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước đề nghị các Tiểu ban theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ được phân công, tiếp tục đôn đốc, cập nhật thành phần đại biểu và tham luận của các SAI, tổ chức, chuyên gia theo đúng thời hạn; rà soát, chốt danh sách diễn giả, đồng thời hoàn thiện nội dung các phiên thảo luận.

Các Tiểu ban tiếp tục hoàn thiện kịch bản tổng thể, kịch bản điều hành, kịch bản trình chiếu; phương án bố trí điều phối viên, phiên dịch và các tài liệu phục vụ công tác điều hành Hội thảo. Đồng thời, khẩn trương hoàn thiện các nội dung chuyên môn của KTNN, trọng tâm là tham luận chính của Lãnh đạo KTNN, các bài phát biểu và tài liệu phục vụ Hội thảo; hoàn thiện kịch bản truyền thông, kịch bản lễ tân - hậu cần chi tiết…

Nhấn mạnh khối lượng công việc còn lại lớn trong khi thời gian chuẩn bị không còn nhiều, Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Hà Thị Mỹ Dung đề nghị các Tiểu ban và các thành viên Ban Tổ chức tiếp tục nêu cao tinh thần trách nhiệm, bám sát tiến độ, bảo đảm hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ theo đúng kế hoạch. Các Tiểu ban thực hiện báo cáo tiến độ, kết quả triển khai công việc hằng tuần để kịp thời tổng hợp, báo cáo Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước.

On the morning of September 25, at the headquarters of the State Audit Office of Vietnam (SAV), the SAV Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the SAV Party Committee, State Auditor General and Head of the Steering Committee.
