CPA VIETNAM Auditing Co., Ltd., a member of the international auditing network INPACT and one of Vietnam’s leading auditing firms, is planning to expand and develop its business operations. We are therefore seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Position: Construction Investment Audit Assistant
Job Description
Participate in auditing final accounts of completed construction investment projects, including the following key tasks:
- Review the legal documentation of construction projects.
- Examine final settlement dossiers, including verification of quantities, unit prices and settlement values based on documents prepared and provided by project owners and contractors.
- Review and approve audit reports on the final settlement of completed investment projects.
- Perform other related duties.

Requirements
- University degree in one of the following majors: Construction Economics, Civil and Industrial Construction, Industrial Electrical Engineering, or Hydraulic Engineering, preferably from universities specializing in construction, engineering, transport or hydraulic engineering.
- At least two years of work experience. Depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, working skills and personal career plans, the Company will consider assigning a suitable position within the Construction Investment Audit Department.
- Proficient in computer applications, AutoCAD and cost estimation and settlement software.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, final settlement and construction investment management.
- Good communication skills.
- Good health and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible at work and willing to travel for business.
- Ability to work under high pressure and a commitment to long-term, stable employment.
Working Environment and Conditions
- Working hours: In accordance with the Labor Code and the Company’s regulations.
- Hanoi office: 8th Floor, VG Building Office Complex, No. 235 Nguyen Trai Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi.
- Ho Chi Minh City office: Room 408, 4th Floor, Hoang Anh Safomec Building, 7/1 Thanh Thai Street, Dien Hong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
