Recruitment for Audit Team Leader/Auditor – Hanoi
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize, manage and perform audit engagements; participate in providing financial statement audit services, reviewing audit reports, determining enterprise value for equitization, and valuing enterprises, assets, movable and immovable property.
- Be responsible for managing service quality, personnel and client relationships within the assigned scope of work.
- Build and develop client relationships, and provide support in client consulting and relationship management.
- Provide clients with advice on accounting policies, financial policies, tax policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Perform other duties as directly assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- CPA certificate (mandatory);
- Valuer Card is an advantage;
- Experience in managing, assigning work to and supervising audit teams and audit quality;
- Good communication skills and ability to deliver presentations in front of an audience;
- Proficiency in English is an advantage;
- Proficiency in office computer applications;
- Good knowledge of legal documents and regulations related to auditing, accounting, finance and taxation;
- Respect for the profession, management and colleagues;
- Good health, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Careful, enthusiastic and responsible at work;
- Willingness to travel for business;
- Ability to work under high pressure, with a desire for long-term and stable employment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Working hours: In accordance with the Labor Code and Company regulations;
- Work location in Hanoi: 8th Floor, VG Building Office Complex, No. 235 Nguyen Trai Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi.
