Staff – Audit Training and Quality Review Department
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform inspections and reviews of audit reports and audit working papers;
- Develop plans and implement measures to control the quality of audit services;
- Draft, revise or update documents, procedures, policies, regulations, reports, templates, etc. related to audit training and quality control;
- Conduct professional training in auditing and assess the quality of professional staff;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of General Directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance;
- CPA Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance (mandatory);
- At least 5 years of experience in auditing;
- Ability to work independently;
- Proficiency in office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet);
- Open-minded, honest, enthusiastic, eager to learn, willing to take on challenges, and able to work under high pressure;
- Clear and logical thinking;
- Quick and good communication skills;
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Working hours: In accordance with the Labor Code and Company regulations;
- Work location: 8th Floor, VG Building Office Complex, No. 235 Nguyen Trai Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi.
