In the first nine months of 2026, enterprises and units under the Party Committee of Enterprises in Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi, generated more than VND 1.698 trillion in revenue, paid nearly VND 109 billion in taxes, and employed 2,531 workers. Behind these figures lies a story of the relationship between Party building, the continuity of production and business operations, and corporate responsibility toward employees.
For businesses, the priority is not merely to maintain production and business operations, but also to foster a stable working environment, fulfill obligations to the State, and safeguard employees' rights and interests. Within this relationship, Party organizations play a role in connecting political responsibilities with practical activities at the grassroots level.

Overview of the conference reviewing work in the first nine months of 2026 and implementing tasks for the fourth quarter of 2026.
At the Party Committee of Enterprises in Thanh Xuan Ward, Party building activities are carried out alongside the responsibilities of affiliated units. As of September 30, 2026, the Party Committee comprised 41 Party cells with 443 Party members. During the first nine months of the year, seven new members were admitted, fulfilling the assigned annual target.
Alongside organizational development, the Party Committee has focused on improving the quality of Party cell meetings, political and ideological education, inspection and supervision, and understanding the concerns and aspirations of officials, Party members, and employees. The implementation of digitalization for Party member records across 100% of affiliated Party cells also demonstrates that efforts to modernize management methods are being translated into concrete actions.
However, the significance of Party building within businesses should not be measured solely by the number of Party members or documents implemented. More importantly, attention should be given to the ability of Party organizations to promote coordination in carrying out tasks, strengthen labor discipline, care for people, and foster consensus within each unit.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Enterprises in Thanh Xuan Ward, communicates directives, resolutions, and plans issued by the Hanoi Party Committee and the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward.
According to the report for the first nine months of 2026, the total revenue of enterprises and units under the Party Committee exceeded VND 1.698 trillion. Tax payments to the State reached nearly VND 109 billion, while contributions to social and health insurance totaled more than VND 18.5 billion. The total workforce stood at 2,531 employees, with an average reported monthly salary of VND 15 million per employee.
These figures demonstrate the considerable economic contributions made by the affiliated business network. However, the value of business activities lies not only in revenue or tax contributions to the State budget. For employees, what matters most in practical terms is job stability, secure income, and the full implementation of relevant benefits and entitlements.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nga, Member of the Party Committee Executive Board, Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Enterprises in Thanh Xuan Ward, speaks at the conference.
This is also an area in which coordination between Party cells and business leaders needs to be strengthened. The Party Committee's report highlights efforts to encourage business owners to fulfill their obligations to the State, pay attention to employees' material and spiritual well-being, and maintain security and public order within their respective units.
At a time when businesses must enhance their competitiveness and adapt to market changes, organizational stability, human resources, and management practices are particularly important. Therefore, Party building in enterprises should aim for tangible results that can be assessed through operational performance, working conditions, and each organization's responsibility to the community.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward, delivers guidance at the conference.
Alongside economic activities, the Party Committee of Enterprises in Thanh Xuan Ward coordinated the presentation of 10 gift packages to policy beneficiaries during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year. It also provided 11 gift packages, each worth VND 500,000, to beneficiaries and families of victims affected by Agent Orange. In July and August, the Party Committee mobilized VND 20 million to help a veteran's family repair their home.
These activities do not replace the core responsibilities of production and business operations. Rather, they demonstrate that social responsibility can begin with practical, meaningful actions that address specific circumstances. When business resources are mobilized to support social welfare initiatives, contributions to the community are expressed not only through financial obligations but also through solidarity with those in need.

In the final three months of the year, the Party Committee plans to continue improving the quality of Party cell meetings, developing Party membership, and implementing the “Digital Party Member, Digital Party Cell” model. It will also promote digital transformation, the application of science and technology, and improvements in business management and production processes.
The ultimate goal is not merely to meet the targets set for 2026. More importantly, these orientations need to translate into better management capabilities, more efficient business operations, and more effective protection of employees' rights and interests.

For businesses, sustainable development requires a combination of economic efficiency, social responsibility, and management quality. For Party organizations within enterprises, their role should likewise be assessed by their ability to work alongside businesses in addressing these practical challenges. This provides a foundation for integrating Party building more closely with the realities of production and business operations, rather than limiting it to the completion of administrative tasks.
