Audit Department Manager / Certified Public Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize, direct, and perform audit engagements; participate in providing financial statement audit services, reviewing audit reports, determining enterprise value for equitization, and valuing enterprises, assets, movable and immovable property;
- Take responsibility for managing service quality, personnel, and customer relationships within the assigned scope of work;
- Establish and develop customer relationships, and provide support in consulting and customer care;
- Provide customers with consultancy on matters relating to accounting policies, financial policies, tax policies, and relevant legal documents;
- Perform other duties as directly assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certificate (mandatory requirement);
- Holding a Valuer Card is an advantage;
- Have experience in managing, assigning tasks to, and controlling audit teams and audit quality;
- Good communication skills and the ability to give presentations in front of an audience;
- Proficiency in English is an advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Have a strong understanding of legal documents relating to auditing, accounting, finance, and taxation;
- Demonstrate respect for the profession, management, and colleagues;
- Be in good health and able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Be careful, enthusiastic, and responsible at work;
- Be willing to travel on business trips, including long-distance assignments;
- Be able to work under high work intensity and have a desire for long-term and stable employment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Working hours: In accordance with the Labor Code and the Company's regulations;
- Work location in Hanoi: 8th Floor, VG Building, No. 235 Nguyen Trai Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi;
- Work location in Ho Chi Minh City: Room 408, 4th Floor, Hoang Anh Safomec Building, 7/1 Thanh Thai Street, Dien Hong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
