Construction Investment Audit Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in auditing final investment settlement reports for completed construction projects, including the following main tasks:
- Review the legal documents and records of construction projects;
- Review settlement proposal documents, including quantities, unit prices, and settlement values based on documents prepared and provided by investors and contractors;
- Review and approve audit reports on the settlement of completed investment capital;
- Perform other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: Construction Economics, Civil and Industrial Construction, Industrial Electrical Engineering, or Hydraulic Engineering from universities such as the University of Civil Engineering, University of Science and Technology, University of Transport and Communications, University of Irrigation, etc.;
- At least 2 years of working experience. Depending on the candidate's experience, capabilities, working skills, and personal circumstances, the Company will consider assigning a suitable position within the Construction Investment Audit Department;
- Proficient in computer skills, AutoCAD, and cost estimation and settlement software;
- Have a strong understanding of cost estimation, settlement, and construction investment management;
- Good communication skills;
- Be in good health and able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Be responsible at work and willing to travel on business trips, including long-distance assignments;
- Be able to work under high work intensity and have a desire for long-term and stable employment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Working hours: In accordance with the Labor Code and the Company's regulations;
- Work location in Hanoi: 8th Floor, VG Building, No. 235 Nguyen Trai Street, Khuong Dinh, Hanoi;
- Work location in Ho Chi Minh City: Room 408, 4th Floor, Hoang Anh Safomec Building, 7/1 Thanh Thai Street, Dien Hong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
