(BKTO) - Đất nước đã xây dựng 02 mục tiêu chiến lược 100 năm, trong bối cảnh đó, Kiểm toán nhà nước (KTNN) cũng cần tái định hình phương thức hoạt động và vị thế của Ngành để đảm bảo vượt lên, tiến kịp, tiến cùng với đất nước.

Đó là ý kiến chỉ đạo của Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Nguyễn Hữu Nghĩa khi chủ trì cuộc họp Ban chỉ đạo đánh giá thực hiện Chiến lược phát triển Kiểm toán nhà nước (KTNN) đến năm 2030 (giai đoạn 2021-2030) và xây dựng định hướng phát triển KTNN đến năm 2035, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045, diễn ra tại Trụ sở KTNN, sáng ngày 13/6.

Tham dự cuộc họp còn có các Phó Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước: Hà Thị Mỹ Dung, Doãn Anh Thơ, Trần Minh Khương và các lãnh đạo đơn vị thuộc Ban chỉ đạo.

Tại cuộc họp, ông Hoàng Văn Lương - Vụ trưởng Vụ Tổng hợp cho biết, là cơ quan thường trực của Ban chỉ đạo, Vụ Tổng hợp đã bám sát Quyết định số 240/QĐ-KTNN về thành lập Ban chỉ đạo và Quy chế hoạt động của Ban chỉ đạo; đặc biệt bám sát vào Kế hoạch thực hiện Chiến lược phát triển KTNN đến năm 2030 để xây dựng Dự thảo 3 đề cương: Đề cương báo cáo Chiến lược phát triển KTNN đến năm 2035, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045; Đề cương đánh giá thực hiện Chiến lược phát triển KTNN đến năm 2030 và định hướng phát triển đến năm 2035, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045; Đề cương xây dựng báo cáo tổng kết thực hiện Chiến lược phát triển KTNN đến năm 2030.

Đồng thời, Vụ Tổng hợp cũng đã xây dựng các văn bản liên quan như: Kế hoạch xây dựng định hướng phát triển KTNN và xây dựng Chiến lược phát triển KTNN đến năm 2035, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045; Phân công nhiệm vụ Ban chỉ đạo đánh giá thực hiện Chiến lược phát triển KTNN đến năm 2030 và xây dựng định hướng, xây dựng Chiến lược phát triển KTNN đến năm 2035, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045.

Phát biểu tại cuộc họp, các đại biểu đã tập trung trao đổi, thảo luận về sự cần thiết phải xây dựng Chiến lược; cơ sở pháp lý và cơ sở thực tiễn xây dựng Chiến lược; thực trạng hoạt động KTNN và những hạn chế, thách thức đang đặt ra

Bên cạnh đó, các đại biểu cũng chia sẻ, làm rõ thêm về khung đề cương Chiến lược với sứ mệnh, tầm nhìn và giá trị cốt lõi, quan điểm phát triển, mục tiêu tổng quát, mục tiêu cụ thể của Chiến lược; trao đổi về kế hoạch xây dựng Chiến lược và phân công nhiệm vụ của Ban chỉ đạo cũng như các Tiểu ban.

Kết luận cuộc họp, Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Nguyễn Hữu Nghĩa nhấn mạnh, đất nước đã xây dựng 02 mục tiêu chiến lược 100 năm, trong bối cảnh đó, KTNN cũng cần tái định hình phương thức hoạt động và vị thế của Ngành để đảm bảo vượt lên, tiến kịp, tiến cùng với đất nước; nâng cao uy tín, trách nhiệm của KTNN vì sự an ninh, an toàn của hệ thống quản trị tài chính quốc gia; tích cực nắm bắt xu hướng phát triển của khoa học công nghệ, chuyển đổi số để tạo điểm tựa quan trọng cho hoạt động của Ngành trong thời gian tới; tuân thủ các chuẩn mực quốc tế, tích cực hội nhập để kết nối, hợp tác với các cơ quan kiểm toán tối cao trên thế giới. KTNN phải là một cơ quan độc lập, liêm chính, kỷ cương, chuyên nghiệp, uy tín, trách nhiệm và chuẩn mực quốc tế.

Tại cuộc họp, Tổng Kiểm toán nhà nước Nguyễn Hữu Nghĩa đã giao nhiệm vụ cụ thể cho cơ quan thường trực Ban chỉ đạo, có ý kiến về các Tiểu ban, cũng như yêu cầu thành lập Tổ giúp việc cho Ban chỉ đạo để thực hiện các công việc tiếp theo trong quy trình xây dựng Chiến lược đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng, hiệu quả.

On the morning of September 25, at the headquarters of the State Audit Office of Vietnam (SAV), the SAV Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the SAV Party Committee, State Auditor General and Head of the Steering Committee.
