JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and verify the legal validity of auction documents and records;
- Prepare plans and take responsibility for handling the company's auction sale dossiers and projects;
- Provide consultancy and directly receive applications and documents related to asset auctions;
- Conduct on-site surveys of assets related to asset valuation and auction dossiers;
- Work with relevant partners on auction-related matters;
- Preside over and conduct auction sessions;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a valid Auctioneer Practicing Certificate (mandatory requirement);
- Candidates with experience working at auction companies in Vietnam are preferred;
- Be proactive, careful, meticulous, and diligent;
- Have good health, be able to work under pressure, and be willing to travel on business trips, including long-distance assignments;
- Be enthusiastic about the job and committed to long-term employment with the company;
- Proficient in document preparation and Microsoft Office skills.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
+ From January to the end of April and from October to the end of December: Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off.
+ From May to the end of September: Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.

- Work location: 8th Floor, VG Building, No. 235 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
